Rudi Ernst

Rudi studied his Bachelor of Commerce and law degree at the former Rand Afrikaans University.

Now living and working from Spain, he has a passion for start-up businesses and after practising as an attorney for a number of years, he decided to enter the business world.

Rudi learned to efficiently and effectively get new businesses off the ground, largely built on sales and service-driven growth. Recently, he has had to expand on those skills to take start-up businesses to the next level of success through sustainable and financially viable managed growth.

Martin Ernst

Martin studied his Bachelor of Sciences with an honours degree in actuarial science at the University of the Witwatersrand.

Martin has a passion for software development and AI and started developing his own computer programs at teh age of 11.

He co-owns a software development business, called UME Software Solutions with Natalie Ernst, that specializes in .NET development, with C# being their preferred development language. He has recently added executive coaching to his personal skills set.

Martin is involved in all aspects of the business but specializes in the continuous improvement of the Hopp Schwiiz web stores.

Debbie Ernst

Debbie is a qualified and registered chartered accountant, having studied her Bachelor of Commerce and CA (SA) degrees at the former Rand Afrikaans University.

She completed her articles at Deloitte before moving on to the position of Financial Manager at a multi-national company whose primary products were software based.

She handles all financial, budgeting and taxation requirements of Hopp Schwiiz through her own accounting firm, D Ernst Consulting out of El Campello, Spain.

Natalie Ernst

Natalie initially studied a Bachelor of Arts in the field of psychology before competing her Honours in the same field. Her passion lies in the field of psychology and she intends to complete her Masters. She has recently broadened her horizon by qualifying as an executive coach.

Natalie has been developing software and integrating with mobile technology for over twelve years.

She has co-owned UME Software Solutions with Martin Ernst since 2006, where they provide development solutions for customers ranging from the biggest insurance companies and banks to UK government departments.
